I hero to me is someone that does everything small and big. My dads a hero to me he does whatever I ask him to do small or big. Hero do things without you even asking them to do it. There a lot of hero’s out there that don’t get awarded for what they do. Most true hero’s don’t want to have awards for what they do.
Emergency Aid for Agriculture
The senate is who featured this story. Iowa and Nebraska will get the money for clean up and will get around 3 billion. Does not adequately address the needs of the American citizens of Puerto Rico and other territories. The estimate loses was 1 billion in the heartland. It would give aid to the farmers. The flooding is the reason for the losses in Nebraska. Flood damaged grain can’t be used in the livestock food. The USDA has an indemnity program for livestock losses but not for grain.
Big, Complicated project
The project that was considered complex was science fair. In seventh grade I did the sciences fair with Caden. There was a lot of steps to get ready I had to pick a topic, and I did a lot to finish the project. I was not happy with outcome I got a 47 percent so I wasn’t happy. I would have taken more time to go the project not rush. My partner did his fair share of the work.
How Powerful are Your Words?
Words changed my life because it made me look at something different. Some words change my point of view on things. Pick more bright full words to bring the meaning out of what you are trying to get across.
It’s my life
I care mostly about the farm thats my future. The important things in my life are animals because they make me money. Farm life cows, pigs, chickens. Farm, family, friends to the end, hunting, Brooke. There life style. No my priorities are the same.
excuses
I hate when people make excuses about not giving me homework. My mom makes excuses to not get me something in Sioux Falls. My friends always when to hangout because there bored. My friends never have anything going on they can always hangout. Them not wanting to hangout doesn’t impact my goals and success.
Someone I can count on
My parents have always been there when no one else was. I depend on my parents they are there for though anything. Friends can talk me off cliff when I don’t want to something but I end up doing it if they keep talking about it.
What’s something you don’t care about even though lots of other people seem to care about it?
I am not into politics. I could careless about video games, I would rather go outside and do something. My friends are in a tizzy about going fishing and I don’t know what the big deal is. Prom is really not a good deal I’m going but I don’t care about it that much. Some things my parents think are important but there not important at all. I like doing things with animals and others could care less but I just think the less some people know the better. I don’t think everyone should be educated about agriculture practices.
What is a factory farm?
Factory farm has a lot to do with scale as fast and most weight in the littlest time. According to the EPA’s definitions, a large factory farm/CAFO will house at least 1000 cattle, 2500 hogs or 125,000 chickens. A medium factory farm/CAFO will house between 300-999 cattle other than dairy (200-699 if dairy), 750-2,499 hogs if 55 pounds or more, and 37,500 to 124,999 chickens (other than hens that lay eggs) if the facility doesn’t use a liquid manure handling system. My thinking of a factory farm is when the animal are housed there whole life. Food companies would like them because they can get the meat for cheaper. The animals in factory farms are not injured that have the perfect climate and everything. The farmers care for the animals because they make them money. 98 percent of farmers are owned and operated by a family.
Oh snap
Trump administration is tightening work requirements for millions of Americans who receive federal food assistance. Snap means supplemental nutrition assistances program. The federal government oversees the SNAP program. It will save people 15 million. 40 million people are served from this. ABAWDs means Work- eligible able-bodied adults without dependents. Receive only three months of SNAP benefits in a three-year period if they don’t meet the 20-hour work requirement. But states with an unemployment rate of 10 percent or higher or a demonstrable lack of sufficient jobs can waive those limitations. The president has directed me to propose regulatory reforms to ensure those who are able to work do so in exchange for their benefits. Perdue is voiced support for scaling back the program. Yes they can work a little to get there free meals.
